The charges quoted below are indicative and will usually give quite an accurate indication of the charges likely to be incurred. There may be odd occassions where particular requirements are different and the charges may have to be amended accordingly.
Consultancy
We offer a FREE half day of consultancy to customers wishing to review their payroll provision to establish if a more efficient and cost effective method can be used. * Where an employee only works for part of the year, the charge is prorated. e.g. for a monthly paid employee working for only 6 months of the year the charge would be 50% of above.
**** FREE 2 MONTHS TRIAL ****
At Debenham Payroll Services we recognise that payroll provision is usually a big, long term committment for any company to make. To ease the decision making process we offer a free 2 month trial period for all new clients so you can see what the service offers in a real time environment. If, in the unlikely event the service does not meet expectations, we hand back the service at no cost to the client. (To date we have not had to do this.)
Where the service continues the client starts to be invoiced from month 3 onwards. (We invoice 3 months in arrears giving an even greater cash flow benefit to the client.)
