Monthly / 4 Weekly / 2 Weekly Payrolls
These types of payroll are the standard procedure for paying many staff today. All aspects of the administration process are covered with the resulting payments transferred to staff bank accounts by BACS transfer.
The service covers all aspects of administration, starters, leavers, in period adjustments, reports production, bank transfers via BACS (if required) and all in year forms to and from HMR&C.
Includes the monthly reconciliation and PAYE payment to HMR&C if required, plus all end of year returns.
Weekly Payroll
Debenham Payroll Services do not support weekly payrolls as we do not feel the extra costs involved in producing them are viable in the long term for our clients.
While we recognise that some clients do still operate a weekly payroll cycle, we offer to facilitate moving the payroll to another of the cycles we do support to help save our clients money.

Direct Payments
Debenham Payroll Services specialise in administering Direct Payments for clients who wish to take on the management of their own affairs.
The service includes the payment of any staff employed, payment of supplier invoices and the returns required for the local authority and the ILF* where they are involved.
