The Service

Debenham Payroll Services offer a range of services to suit the particular requirements of each client. One size does not fit all and we pride ourselves in providing a tailored service that is what you, the client, wants.

The most popular service provided, which is guaranteed against HMR&C penalties and interest for late payments and returns, and also indemnifies the client if staff are paid late, means the client makes one single payment to DPS by an agreed date and DPS do everything else on your behalf.

The process for each period:

OPTION 1.

  1. Client provides all details to DPS.
  2. DPS process all information provided and send details of gross pay to client with all reports and pay slips.
  3. Client sends to DPS the gross payroll payment by the agreed date.
  4. DPS make payments to employee bank accounts for pay day and makes PAYE payment to HMR&C.

OPTION 2.

Alternatively, if the client wishes, all payment details can be sent to the client and the client makes payments to staff and HMR&C. This option does not carry the above guarantees.
